Payment is accepted via check, digital payment (Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay), or directly through an invoice.

Payment is required within 48 hours of the event and must be received before content coverage begins. Travel fees may apply for certain events and are determined based on distance and scope.

Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will require 50% of the total amount due.
